  1. The Wilfrid
    The Wilfrid
The Wilfrid is located at 4181 3rd Avenue & 1880 Bathgate Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Cross streets are East Tremont Avenue and East 176th Street. Nearby Transit includes the Metro North Rail, Bx15, Bx40, and Bx42 bus lines. The Wilfrid is located directly across the street from the historic Tremont Park. The Bronx is home to many cultural institutions, performing arts centers and theaters.
  2. 600 E. 156th St.
    600 E. 156th St.
600 E. 156th St. with 175 units: 11 studios, 55 one-bedrooms, 81 two-bedrooms and 28 three-bedrooms, including one for the superintendent. Nonprofit affordable housing developer Phipps Houses has filed applications for a 12-story, 175-unit mixed-use building at 600 East 156th Street, located between Eagle and Cauldwell avenues in the South Bronx’s Melrose section. The project, revealed late last year, will encompass 209,853 square feet and rise 125 feet to its rooftop.
  3. 3500 Park Avenue – Bronx, NY
3500 Park Avenue – Bronx, NY
115 rental/supportive housing units “3500 Park Avenue is our biggest project yet. It will be a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient building, and it will provide 46 affordable units to low-income families and seniors, along with 69 furnished studio apartments to homeless veterans, homeless seniors with disabilities, and chronically homeless adults with mental illness. This lot on a prominent South Bronx corner went on sale and we had to act quickly. Leviticus can close a loan much faster than other lenders, and they understand supportive housing. They made it possible for us to buy the project site. And because we had site control, we could successfully apply for state funding for rent subsidies and services.
